Contact us within 7 days of getting your hoop if something is wrong with it or if we accidentally sent you a box of bike parts instead of a new hoop.
The hoops are pretty strong and should last you the rest of your life! DON'T leave it in a hot car leaning up against something because heat + gravity = a warped hoop.
The designs will get ware and tare so have a few - that way you can use a cheap one when practicing on pavement or other hard scratchy areas and a fancy one indoors, in the grass and when your dressed to impress!
After 7 days, returns (if we ever get any) will be handled on a case by case basis so send us an email.
Any time we ever get a return it will be posted here along with why it was returned and what we did about the problem!
If your philthy style hoop frays, cut the fray and doctor it up with some clear nail polish or crazy glue.
If you have completely demolished your design GO TO THE CRAFT STORE, fix it up how ever you like! You can also send it back to us for a deal on your next hoop.
