- Your hoop is shipped priority mail and takes about 2-3 days once its shipped to get to you

Your Basic hoop will be shipped within 2 business days (except holidays and in rare situations such as the internet being down so your order wasn't received in time or not not being able to process the shipping label right away, these issues may result in a 12 to 24 hour delay)
Your fancy or camo hoop will be shipped out in about 1 to 5 business days.
The fancier the hoop the longer it will take to ship out. We aim to ship in 5 business days but reserve the right to take up to 10 business days.
Your philthyhoop will be shipped out in about 1 to 10 business days.

If your order contains multiple hoops, some of the hoops may ship out after the ten days, obviously depending on how many you order and the style.
****paypal echecks take a few days to clear so your order will not go into the hoop queue until the payment clears.
Hoops are shipped by US postal service, insured with delivery tracking. When the hoop ships out you will get an email from usps.com with the details.
**In the rare instance that the hoop is delivered to you damaged, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping company and get your money back (we will walk you through it).
**If the hoop comes BACK to us damaged, which usually happens if damage occurs, we will re ship and handle the insurance process here.
